I now have a new gmail account! Until I find out what Yahoo intends to do to resolve these issues I thought why open a new account with them? I've heard so many people talk about gmail so my new address is northernmama35@gmail.com .

Thanks for the new contact information. I hope they do something about this problem, but I doubt they will. Hope you had a nice trip. By the way, I received the thermos last week - it's very nice! He's too little to use the straw yet but I'm sure he will enjoy it soon enough! Thanks again.
